Roddy’s prior career was at CBRE – Cincinnati Industrial Team from 2010-2014 with multiple real estate internships during his college career at University of Cincinnati (Bachelors of Business Administration; Finance and Real Estate). Jared started his professional career with Fifth Third Bank in High Net Worth Private Banking. He was with Fifth Third from 2011-2016. In 2016 Jared joined SqFt Commercial and has been serving industrial clients ever since alongside his two partners, Rod MacEachen & Roddy MacEachen.
Jared attended Butler University where he played 4 years of baseball and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Jared and his wife Janna live in Turpin Hills with their three children: Sloane), Liv, and Tripp. Jared is originally from Vincennes, IN and his wife is from Pittsburgh, PA, but they now proudly call Cincinnati home.

Jacob Stammen

Since beginning his career, Jacob’s roster of clients has expanded to include prestigious local and fortune 500 companies such as Kroger, PNC Bank, First Financial Bank, NCR, Toyota, Clif Bar Company, Fischer Homes, and United Healthcare.

Before managing a breadth of projects for SqFt Commercial, Amy honed her skills in various industries such as higher education at Northwestern University and executive retail at Lucy Activewear after earning a B.S. degree in Health Promotion, Fitness Management and Physical Education. Her keen eye for detail and exceptional project management skills keeps our Industrial Databases and Listing Systems running efficiently and up to date with real time information. Managing SqFt’s intricate financial records and reporting, she keeps the systems moving with accurate and informative data. Amy’s ability to pivot and anticipate gives SqFt an advantage over all other brokers in the area.
Amy and her two wonderful daughters spend time traveling to volleyball tournaments, exercising, hiking, or dinner with friends and family. When not spearheading special projects or spending time with her daughters, she can be found relaxing with a good book.

Sarah Kern

Sarah Kern graduated from Mount Saint Joseph University in 2008 with a Business Administration and Marketing Degree. She spent 10 years at U.S. Bank Arena leading the Group Sales Department and running the Cyclones Hockey Internship Program. Sarah then went on to be the Director at The Children’s House before joining the SqFt Commercial Team. She is extremely passionate for her work and has a talent for multitasking. Keeping information and marketing systems as well as assisting with client groundwork are some her strengths. Sarah has a commitment to helping our team members succeed while continuously monitoring changes in the market.
Sarah and her husband Nick live in Harrison with their daughter Sawyer and son Otis. Most of their time is spent with the kids playing sports but, with any free time they enjoy traveling, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Alecia Ricker

After spending nearly a decade working in corporate and mortgage finance, Alecia took the opportunity to change lanes and follow her passion for Information Technology and Operations Security. With a knack for all things digital and digesting data, her skillset lends superior client servicing with real-time information and clear risk mitigation. Applying her communication skills to curating engaging material that converts clicks into clients, she spearheads the day-to-day operations of the digital space for SqFt Commercial – from database development to animation and video editing.
Alecia obtained her Federal Mortgage Loan Originator license while still in high school, and soon graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in finance and business management. Alecia resides within the Queen City and when not hounding the team about IT compliance & best practices, she is likely tearing apart something electronic to learn its inner-workings, or wrenching on a project car.
